Wiltshire Formulary Guidelines

INTRODUCTION

Juzo are delighted to be listed on the Wiltshire Formulary.

These  recommendations consist of an agreed limited list hosiery with specific prescribing advice used throughout Wiltshire Health and Care LLP and NHS Wiltshire CCG including GP’s, Practice Nurses and Nursing Homes promoting rational prescribing by encouraging the safe, effective, appropriate and economic use of dressing therapy.

Decisions about the use of a particular product were made after considering the efficacy, safety, patient acceptability and cost of the product.as well as current clinical opinion, clinical effectiveness, evaluations and current research including randomised controlled trials.
